Fuel provides AI-powered phone answering, booking, and related back-office services for local businesses. These Terms cover your use of this website and our communications with you. Paying clients who subscribe to Fuel's services are also covered by a separate services agreement presented at signup, which governs the paid service itself.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. You must also be at least 18 to use this Site, book an appointment, or opt in to receive text messages from us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
When you book a discovery call or appointment through the Site, you authorize us to contact you to schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on that appointment using the contact details you provide. Booking does not require you to opt in to text messages.
